Dosage of CBD oil the first week
Day 1: Take 1 drop at night
Day 2-3: Take 1 drop in the morning and 1 drop at night
Day 3-4: Take 1-2 drops in the morning and 1-2 drops at night
After the first week, you can make an assessment of whether you are getting it out of the oil as you would like or whether you should increase your dosage. You can increase your dosage by 1 drop a day without any problems until you achieve the desired effect. It is individual how high a dose you have to go up on a daily basis, and therefore it is very important that you notice and listen to your body’s signals.
Maybe you should not increase by 1 drop a day, but by 1 drop every other day. Again, remember to feel for what exactly your body is telling you that you need. If you get over 10 drops a day, you should consider going up in percentage and down in the amount of drops.
The drop / drops are placed under the tongue and you keep it in your mouth for a few seconds without swallowing.
Most people notice change during the first 2 weeks, but it may take longer, up to 4-5 weeks.
It is never a guarantee that EVERYONE can tolerate CBD oil. Just like with many other things in everyday life and other natural products and oils, one can also have allergies to CBD oil. Like pollen from trees and grass, cannabis pollen can cause an allergic reaction in a very small component of the population.
At the beginning of the use with CBD oil, some people experience what is reminiscent of side effects, which are typically just a cleansing. It is very normal that there may be a cleansing where the body differs with the waste products. Here it is important to continue using the product – however, it can be a good option to step down the dose a bit for a period if the cleansing is very voluminous.
