The delivery of the ordered will be made to the delivery address specified by the contracting entity. If one or more of the items you have ordered are out of stock at the time of order, we will contact you if you will wait until the remaining products are in stock or you will be refunded for the missing products. We will then inform you immediately by email if this should be the case. Your package will be shipped with shipping company and not regular mail.
Hemp products containing cannabinoids are a controversial subject in many places in the world, so in rare cases there may be inspections and detention of shipment. If this occurs, it is up to you as a recipient to clarify the cause of the delay and it is then assessed whether or not to send a new shipment.
If you wish to return an item, you can do it within 14 days of receipt. As soon as we have received the item, you will receive a full refund within 2 weeks. The item must be returned in the same state as it was received, thus new and unopened. Always attach documentation and bank information and save your electronic receipt as proof of shipment. The cost of returning a product must be covered by the customer.
If you are rejected or have cancelled your order, we will do our best so you would receive the refunded amount within 14 business days.
We can't guarantee a faster return mainly because of some bank or card emitter policies that can sometimes cause delays.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT, CHECK IF IT HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.
ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS AFTER RECEIPT.
