Delivery of the ordered will be made to the delivery address specified by the adjudicating entity. If one or more of the items you have ordered are out of stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you whether you want to wait until the remaining products come in stock or whether you want a refund on the missing products. We will then inform you promptly via email if this should be the case. Your parcel will be shipped with shipping company and not regular mail.
Should any delays arise regarding the delivery of your order, please contact GLS or go to their website and provide the tracking number that you received from GLS when you created the order.
Once the order has been shipped, it is GLS who is responsible for the package.
If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. As soon as we have received the product you will receive a full refund within 2 weeks. The item must be returned in the same state as it was received so new and unopened. Always attach documentation and bank details and save your electronic receipt as proof of dispatch. The cost of returning a product must be covered by the customer.
If you get rejected and cancelled your order, you will be notified. Deposit amount refunded within 14 days.
We cannot guarantee a quick refund primarily due to certain bank or credit card policies that may sometimes cause delays.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT CHECK IF IT HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT.
ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS AFTER RECEIPT.
